When the sun sets in this view
This view is made for winter sunsets. From early November to early February the sun goes down inside this frame, behind the Esterel mountains, about 15–20 minutes before the official sunset time.
For the rest of the year the sun sets further to the west, beyond the right edge of this view, so from spring to autumn you will see the evening light over the bay rather than the sun itself.
